Automatic plastic bag labeling machine is designed to automatically label pre-made bags at high speeds. It can label up to 60 bags per minute. This machine utilizes flatten and feeding mechanisms to first flatten the bag and send the bags one by one for labeling. It then uses a servomotor-driven roller to precisely control the bag movement and position to ensure the labels are accurately applied in the correct spot on each bag.The label dispenser can hold up to 1200 labels and automatically peel and dispense the labels. It applies the labels to the predetermined position on the bags with an automatic pressure-sensitive labeler. This entire automatic labeling process allows for more efficient bag labeling, higher productivity and lower costs. It is an ideal solution for high volume bag labeling in factories.
